This small cottage winery specializes in hand-crafted premium and ultra-premium VQA wines. Located in picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake, Maleta’s vineyard includes several varietals including Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Its signature wine is Riesling; however, it is also well-known for its Gamay and Meritage which has won several awards. The winery’s tasting room offers visitors samples free of charge, except Icewine which can be enjoyed for a nominal fee.
