Crown Bench Estates Winery crafts premium red and white wines and unique dessert wines, all at affordable prices. The winery produces small batches of estate grown wines and specializes in Chardonnays. Some of Crown Bench’s most popular wines include Reserve Chardonnay, Vidal Icewine, and Reserve Cabernet Franc. Also look for the winery’s unique infused icewines, which combine Icewine with some unusual ingredients such as chocolate, jalapeno peppers, maple syrup and ginger and berries.
The winery is not only known for its premium wines, but also for its surroundings. It is located in one of the most scenic areas of the Niagara Peninsula along the Niagara Escarpment and offers its guests spectacular views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto Skyline. Visitors will be enchanted by the streams, waterfalls, and ponds with nesting geese and ducks that are located on the property. The vineyards are also an ideal spot for bird-watching. Bordering on the Bruce Trail, nature-lovers will also want to take advantage of the excellent hiking trails. The winery offers complimentary tastings and is known for its friendly service.
