Strewn Winery is a destination winery offering an exceptional wine and culinary experience. Located in scenic Niagara-on-the-Lake, in a beautifully renovated fruit canning factory, the winery crafts award-winning premium VQA wines of quality and distinction. The winery focuses on producing a limited number of vinifera grape varietals including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and Vidal which is used in the production of Icewine. Known for its big bold reds, Strewn also produces excellent Riesling, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer.

Strewn’s lovely Provencal Restaurant, Terroir La Cachette, offers visitors an enjoyable casual fine-dining experience. Open for both lunch and dinner, the restaurant combines the best of French Provincial cooking with the finest local ingredients to craft unique cuisine that is expertly paired with Strewn’s fine VQA wines. The restaurant also affords lovely scenic views of Four Mile Creek which runs beside the winery. The winery offers special tastings which include small production bottilings and super-premium releases.

Offering complementary public tours daily, visitors will learn about the art of winemaking from vineyard to cellar from the winery’s knowledgeable and friendly staff. Visitors can also learn about the art of cooking and wine and food pairing at Strewn’s interactive cooking school, which is the only of its kind in Canada.
