Located in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, this family owned boutique winery offers an impressive array of fine wines and specialty Ice Wines. The winery’s 120-acre vineyard is primarily planted with vinifera vines, which were established in the mid 1970s. The vineyards are planted with a variety of grape varietals including Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Vidal, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Palatine Hills has established a reputation for producing wines of impeccable quality and taste and are well-known for their award-winning Icewines and full-bodied Chardonnay. Tastings of the winery’s premium wines are available at the tasting bar in the wine boutique, and tours of the winery are available upon request.
