Malivoire is an innovative winery with a state-of-the-art facility. Located along the picturesque Beamsville Bench, the winery makes full use of its unique location, by taking advantage of a large ravine on its property which drops thirty feet. The ravines sharp drop provides an ideal location for a gravity flow winery. Malivoire use of a gravity-flow operation allows for gentler handling of the wine and results in a far superior product with balance and finesse. The winery also prides itself on using environmentally sustainable practices by avoiding the use of insecticides and herbicides, and choosing to hand-harvest their grapes. Malivoire is well-known for its exceptional Rose, Gewürztraminer, and Chardonnay which can be tasted in the winery’s tasting bar.
