Cave Spring Cellars is truly a destination winery of distinction. This well-known winery produces some of the finest wines in the region and is home to one of wine-country’s most prestigious fine-dining restaurants, On the Twenty, and luxury inn and spa, The Twenty Inn.
Located in a historical building on the main street in the picturesque town of Jordan village, Cave Spring Cellars is one of the oldest wineries in the region. Founded in 1986, Cave Springs has some of the oldest vinifera vines in Niagara dating back to the mid 1970s. The winery is housed in a gracious grey stone building, which dates back to 1870, and was once an apple warehouse
Cave Springs offers a wide range of whites, reds, and dessert wines with an emphasis on white wine. The winery crafts some of the finest dry and sweet Rieslings and Chardonnay in the country and is also well-known for its red wines, including Gamay and Cabernet Franc based Bordeaux blends, and Icewine.
The lovely winery gift shop offers premium wines, wine related products, as well as unique cooking items. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Twenty Mile Valley while dining on the fine cuisine offered in the winery’s restaurant. Be sure to venture through the lovely antique shops, art galleries, garden and home stores and clothing boutiques which are also located along Main Street.
